Located in the most modern high rise in Austin, Texas, Foursquare Builders and Urbanspace collaborated on constructing a beautiful penthouse combining 2 units. The views from the balcony cover an almost 360 view of the Austin skyline and the space is expertly crafted by some of the city’s best artisans.

Seaholm

Foursquare Builders and System D teamed up to combine two units located at Seaholm Condominiums adjacent to The Independent. The result is a beautiful living space featuring a custom white oak door system that separates the two areas. One side of the unit is a full living space, while the other side is a studio and guest space. The studio features a custom-constructed Murphy Bed / Book shelf designed to turn the Studio into a guest space at a moment’s notice.

Urbanspace

The project started with the aim of creating a fitting retail space for Urbanspace’s Headquarters in one of the most iconic high-rises in Austin. The space would house their real estate team, interiors division, and development efforts. To add more rentable office space, a Diversakore Engineered mezzanine was constructed within the space, providing an additional 7,400 square feet.
