Took over Construction Management and Owners Representative duties, at the beginning of its third year of construction. Client had lost all faith in builder to complete the project. Additionally, costs had escalated out of control and there was a lack of competent Builder project management. Due to the fact that there was no Architect on board, and the level of details requested from the Interior Designer were considerable, this resulted in our engagement into generating many of the finish details, on site. Completed this project within another 14 months.
