Our Sr. Project Manager, and 2014 Construction Manager of the Year, Matt Carswell is well on his way to making this new home a reality for our clients. This upside down house affords wonderful Lake Travis views from the second story living spaces, while also honoring the well established native oak trees on the property. It’s these trees and the positioning of the home which provide a sense of privacy even with floor to ceiling glass walls.
We are excited to be wrapping up this Burton Baldridge designed home in the Zilker neighborhood of South Austin. Everyone loves the size and scale of this home as it was well placed within a neighborhood of other small to medium sized homes.
