Lake Front Residence foundation continues
Red Pants Studio shot some great aerial footage of our Lake Front residence this week. Looking forward to concrete coming in soon.
Foursquare Builders is looking forward to today’s AIA Austin Homes Tour. We have a beautiful home on the tour this year. Designed by Brian Dillard Architecture, this 1940’s cottage in Brykerwoods neighborhood has acquired a near seamless addition of a master suite and art gallery. We were fortunate enough to be a part of this team and to deliver on our client’s and architect’s vision. Please stop by 3004 Kerbey Lane today for a tour. The Foursquare team will be there to welcome you.
Thank you to the City of Austin for setting aside so much land for our wildlife preservation. It has created a beautiful backdrop for our client’s new home in The Overlook Estates. They will have the benefit of sitting on their back porch with a vista of thousands of acres of Preserve land.
Construction continues on our Bee Cave residence which fronts along Little Barton Creek. After a busy week of work, our clients will feel like they’re at a weekend retreat as they relax along the creeks edge and watch their children play.
We are excited to be wrapping up this Burton Baldridge designed home in the Zilker neighborhood of South Austin. Everyone loves the size and scale of this home as it was well placed within a neighborhood of other small to medium sized homes.
Set on nearly 10 acres in Bee Cave, Texas, this Hill Country Modern home has been designed for a growing family with a busy lifestyle. A full rear wrap around covered patio provides a connection from any point in the home to the pool or access to exploring the banks of Little Barton Creek.
