LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED APs) have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED Rating System. Special areas of focus within LEED are: Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy & Atmosphere, Materials & Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, and Innovation & Design Processes.
Foursquare Builders has demonstrated to the State of Texas experience, a proven track record of exemplary business practices and a dedication to customer service. As a Texas Star Builder, Foursquare Builders is committed to meeting or exceeding all commission warranties, building and performance standards. They will also continue to demonstrate enhanced experience and additional education as a home builder. As a Star Builder, Foursquare Builders is required to demonstrate higher levels of financial stability and insurance coverages. Continuing education will be an on going requirement for Texas Star Builder status. As a Texas Star Builder, Foursquare Builders must offer at least three of these premium services:

During last nights 2009 MAX Awards Gala put on by the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, Foursquare Builders was recognized for their Custom home built at 6800 Caudill Ln. Austin, TX. Wes Wigginton accepted the MAX Award for Custom Home in the $1,250,000 – $1,500,000 category. This was Foursquare’s first MAX Award and they are looking forward to receiving more in the future.
