Thank you to the City of Austin for setting aside so much land for our wildlife preservation. It has created a beautiful backdrop for our client’s new home in The Overlook Estates. They will have the benefit of sitting on their back porch with a vista of thousands of acres of Preserve land.
Foursquare Builders continues framing on our client’s new home in West Austin. Mike Hale, of Hammer Design, and Peter Dick are doing an awesome jobs on Architectural Construction Administration. Our Project Manager, Bob Maccarni, is keeping the team on schedule & on budget.
Work continues on this Foursquare Builders home. Stucco, stone, and roofing are progressing nicely. We are looking forward to installing dry-wall next week.
Construction continues on our Bee Cave residence which fronts along Little Barton Creek. After a busy week of work, our clients will feel like they’re at a weekend retreat as they relax along the creeks edge and watch their children play.
