Foursquare Builders, System D, and Studio A worked together to build a stunning two-story penthouse located in The Proper, Austin, Texas. The elegant design of the staircase that leads to the second floor sets the stage for the modern and sleek interior, which includes a custom wine cellar area, beautiful window treatments, and expertly crafted Shinoki cabinets.

Located in the most modern high rise in Austin, Texas, Foursquare Builders and Urbanspace collaborated on constructing a beautiful penthouse combining 2 units. The views from the balcony cover an almost 360 view of the Austin skyline and the space is expertly crafted by some of the city’s best artisans.

Foursquare Builders and System D teamed up to combine two units located at Seaholm Condominiums adjacent to The Independent. The result is a beautiful living space featuring a custom white oak door system that separates the two areas. One side of the unit is a full living space, while the other side is a studio and guest space. The studio features a custom-constructed Murphy Bed / Book shelf designed to turn the Studio into a guest space at a moment’s notice.
