Codependent

Our client wanted to build a coffee shop/bar on the ground floor of one of Austin’s tallest high-rise condominiums, The Independent. The idea was to create a space that would blend in with the existing structure of the building and become a hub for the community. Today, the Codependent serves as a popular morning and late-night spot for locals.

Elder Hill Bed & Breakfast

Foursquare was responsible for managing this project from initial site development to the completion of the bed and breakfast “compound”. This development included four new buildings, a welcoming porte cochere, a commercial swimming pool, the renovation of the existing ranch house, and all site infrastructure over 80 acres. The Community House included a commercial kitchen and a variety of porches and breezeway. The Bunk House included 8 luxuriously appointed suites, including a matrimonial suite with an outdoor fireplace and private  porch. The converted Ranch House included a day spa, gym, and other health related amenities.

Urbanspace

The project started with the aim of creating a fitting retail space for Urbanspace’s Headquarters in one of the most iconic high-rises in Austin. The space would house their real estate team, interiors division, and development efforts. To add more rentable office space, a Diversakore Engineered mezzanine was constructed within the space, providing an additional 7,400 square feet.
