Home Builders Association ushers in new leadership – Wesley Wigginton, Foursquare Builders to lead the pack
We’re very proud that Wes Wigginton has been named as the 2016 President for the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin.
Austin Business Journal covers the story here.
Austin, Texas (December 16, 2015) – Tuesday, December 8th marked the day the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin celebrated its own “changing of the guard.” Wesley (Wes) Wigginton of Foursquare Builders was sworn in as the HBA’s 2016 President with Steve Krasoff of Scott Felder Homes as President-Elect. Wigginton succeeded Walter Elias of Brookfield Residential who will now serve as the Association’s Immediate Past-President on the 2016 Board of Directors.
Wigginton’s steadfast effort, skill, and attention to detail have made his 30 years in construction highly successful and decorated. For the last 15 years, he has brought his expansive knowledge in custom homes, finely tuned management skills, and accurate construction administration techniques to private estate construction. Wigginton is a Graduate Master Builder certified by the National Association of Home Builders, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional with the United States Green Building Council.
“It is an honor to lead the HBA and the local home building industry at large in 2016,” says Wigginton. “Building homes, builds bridges—which builds community. This will be my top priority over the next year. All the members of the HBA of Greater Austin are vital members and participants within our collective community. As with many other community minded organizations and associations, we are all advocates for better lifestyles—which is inclusive of better housing. Over the next year, I will focus our attention to building bridges with everyone within our community, such that we are all able to align our interests and advocacy for housing within the greater Austin area.”
