Continuing education will be an on going requirement for Texas Star Builder status.  As a Texas Star Builder, Foursquare Builders must offer at least three of these premium services:

1.  A green building program

2. The Energy Star program

3. Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist program

4. A third-party warranty program or a two-year warranty for all one-year workmanship and material items

5. Build eight percent of home constructed annually in accordance with Universal Design Options
