			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Foursquare Builders has demonstrated to the State of Texas experience, a proven track record of exemplary business practices and a dedication to customer service.  As a Texas Star Builder, Foursquare Builders is committed to meeting or exceeding all commission warranties, building and performance standards.  They will also continue to demonstrate enhanced experience and additional education as a home builder.  As a Star Builder, Foursquare Builders is required to demonstrate higher levels of financial stability and insurance coverages. Continuing education will be an on going requirement for Texas Star Builder status.  As a Texas Star Builder, Foursquare Builders must offer at least three of these premium services:</p>
<p>1.  A green building program</p>
<p>2. The Energy Star program</p>
<p>3. Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist program</p>
<p>4. A third-party warranty program or a two-year warranty for all one-year workmanship and material items</p>
<p>5. Build eight percent of home constructed annually in accordance with Universal Design Options</p>
