Design/Build:

As a design-build firm, Foursquare Builders retains single-source responsibility from start to finish. We know that it takes a careful balance of ideas, creativity, communication and organization to make your dream home a reality. That’s why we’ve used our experience to develop a custom construction process that’s designed to maximize productivity and orchestrate your project from beginning to end.

From design, through drafting the scope of work, production schedule and budget, to the construction process – we’ll be by your side with our form-meets-function combination of productivity and pampering, advising and assisting you throughout the construction process.

Owners Representation:

Successful developers and owners know the importance of effective prioritization. Project oversight for the execution of a new construction, renovation or building additions requires a significant investment in time, adding that responsibility onto an already demanding schedule can detract attention from other issues – something most busy developers and owners cannot afford to let happen. As Owner’s Representative, we assume this burden for you, freeing up valuable time for you to focus on other important pressing matters.

Foursquare drives significant value for its clients by bringing architects, consultants, contractors and planner together as a team under one focal point of accountability. As your “eyes and ears” for the project, we become your point of accountability for quick, accurate answers about all of the project’s detailed components. Our staff coordinates all relevant details, from project reporting to contractor negotiations to value engineering, to make certain that your project goals are met.
As owner’s representative for your project, we bring experienced personnel to work on your behalf, orchestrating the process from start to finish, mitigating your risk and taking on responsibility for satisfactory completion of the project.

Project Management:

Foursquare Builders understands that opening the lines of communication between all parties involved (Owners, Architects, Subcontractors, Vendors and Suppliers) is crucial to the success of a project. The Foursquare team implements an internal Project Team process for effectively managing projects throughout all phases of construction. Land Development & Entitlement:

Foursquare has a rich and lengthy heritage in Land Development and Government Entitlement process that span over 26 years. Foursquare can take your raw land through the complicated maze of government regulations, highest and best use analysis, site design and engineering, and ultimately through infrastructure development.

Commercial Construction:

Foursquare has positioned itself to handle Project and Construction Management services for commercial developers, as well as, being in a position to perform General Contracting duties.  With a broad experience in “big box” construction, to multi-story residential projects, Foursquare can deliver the value you’re looking for in your next project.
