Foursquare Builders embarked on the design and build of a custom home for our clients. Design was created by Eric Brown.  Budgets were set and Foursquare was able to subcontract for less than budgeted which allowed our client to allocate funds for upgrades throughout their home.  The result was a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom, open living/dining/kitchen plan. Eric also integrated a flexible space for an office or Mother-in-Law room with a full bath. The outdoor living space is large and gracious in its living arrangement taking full advantage of access to the back yard.  This home is slated to receive a 5 Star Energy Rating from Austin Energy. Additionally, this home is supplied with a rainwater collection system for domestic use.
