Hired as Custom Builder for this unique and challenging private residence. Was tasked with producing a highly finished home from a pre-engineered steel building frame system. Result was a 6 bedroom 4 ½ bath home that maximized square footage while minimizing cost for the client. This property is currently nominated for a 2009 Greater Austin Home Builder MAX Award.
