Took on Project Manager/Owners Representative role in the development of Gateway Shopping Centers. The properties, developed and owned by Austin-based SMP Interests Inc., are Gateway Market, a 201,155-square-foot retail center, and the Gateway Courtyard, a two-story, 41,377-square-foot companion development. Primary focus was oversight of tenant finish-out. Clients included Whole Foods, REI, Smith & Hawkins, & Container Store.
