Wesley Wigginton, LEED AP

Wes Wigginton, Managing Director of Foursquare Builders, LLC, has 26 years of construction industry experience and for the last eight years has specialized in Private Estate Construction.

Some strengths to Wes’ vision are an expansive knowledge base in custom home construction, finely tuned project management skills, accurate construction administration techniques, and over a decade of experience in real estate development.  These are key foundational elements that are focused by his relentless effort, steadfastness, competence, and attention to detail.

In addition to his duties at Foursquare Builders, he is a Managing Partner of CPFLA, a developer of single-family homes in Orlando, Florida. He holds a Commercial General Contractor and Commercial Swimming Pool License in the State of Florida.  Wes is a Graduate Master Builder certified by the National Association of Home Builders, as well as, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional with the United States Green Building Council.

Matthew Carswell, LEED AP

Matthew Carswell has 8 years of professional building experience in commercial and residential construction. After graduating from Texas A&M with honors in Construction Science, he has held positions in estimating, project management and served in field supervisory roles on projects that include educational, multifamily, mixed use, office shell, parking garages and custom residential construction.

Currently, Matthew is head of field operations, which includes managing and scheduling projects to meet the demands of each day, and to ensure each project is built efficiently, safely, and correctly.

Eric Brown, Associate AIA, LEED AP

Eric specializes in modern green home design – renovations, additions and new construction. His work has been recognized in national publications, by the federal government, the Texas Solar Energy Society and the Austin Energy Green Building Program. Most recently, one of his designs was featured on the annual Cool House Tour.

Eric has 14 years of design and construction experience. He is the founding principal of Thoughtcrib, Inc. and has worked in award-winning firms FAB Architecture of Austin, TX and Monastero & Associates, Inc. of Cambridge, MA. Notable projects include the MILHouse (see projects page), Agave (Austin development) and LEGO stores and corporate headquarters. Eric is a United States Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (USGBC LEED AP) as well as an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Tim McCarthy

Tim McCarthy, has over 32 years of construction experience covering single family, multi-family, townhouse, condominium, and mid-rise residential construction. His commercial construction experience includes professional office space, industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities, and highway and bridge construction. His involvement includes estimating, labor and materials contracting, and scheduling.
