Wesley Wigginton, Director, LEED AP, GMB

Wes Wigginton, Managing Director of Foursquare Builders, LLC, has 30 years of construction industry experience and for the last nine years has specialized in Private Estate Construction.

Some strengths to Wes’ vision are an expansive knowledge base in custom home construction, finely tuned project management skills, accurate construction administration techniques, and over a decade of experience in real estate development.  These are key foundational elements that are focused by his relentless effort, steadfastness, competence, and attention to detail.

Currently, Wes serves on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin. Wes is a Graduate Master Builder certified by the National Association of Home Builders, as well as, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional with the United States Green Building Council.  In addition to his duties at Foursquare Builders, he is a Managing Partner of CPFLA, a developer of single-family homes in Orlando, Florida. He holds a Commercial General Contractor and Commercial Swimming Pool License in the State of Florida.

Saundra Everhart, Const. Admin.

Saundra Everhart has over 15 year’s experience in residential and commercial construction.  She began her construction carrier by apprenticing in the family’s plumbing and mechanical business where she developed her strong work ethic.  She eventually decided that her love for construction was in the administrative area rather than the field.

Saundra has provided administrative support for single-family custom homes ranging from $500,000 to $3.5 million; single family subdivisions ranging from 10 lots to 500 lots; apartment complex projects ranging from $2 million to $100 million and tenant improvement projects ranging from $25,000 to $2 million that has included contract administration for clients and subcontractors, cash flow management, financial project management and budget controls including suppliers, vendors and subcontractors.  She has also acted as liaison between the client, architect/designer, project manager and subcontractors to help ensure a projects’ completion is on time and within budget.

Matthew Carswell, Sr. Project Mgr. LEED AP

Matthew Carswell has 10 years of professional building experience in commercial and residential construction. After graduating from Texas A&M with honors in Construction Science, he has held positions in estimating, project management and served in field supervisory roles on projects that include educational, multifamily, mixed use, office shell, parking garages and custom residential construction.

Currently, Matthew is head of field operations, which includes managing and scheduling projects to meet the demands of each day, and to ensure each project is built efficiently, safely, and correctly.

We are excited to announce that Matthew has just been recognized for the second year in a row, by the Greater Austin Home Builders Association, as the Construction Manager of the Year.

Emily Marsh, Estimating & Purchasing Manager

Emily has over 14 years of experience in the custom home building industry, including project management, estimating, purchasing, development, design, and sales.  She has managed projects ranging from remodels to 17,000 square foot homes in both Austin and Houston.   In addition her senior project manager experience, Emily has owned both an interior design business as well as a custom construction company.

Her diverse background in home building and her true love for the industry have created a wealth of knowledge and a dedication to her clients.  Currently, Emily focuses on finding the best products and values for her clients while creating efficient budgets for her clients’ homes.

Chris Minor, Project Manager, Assoc. AIA

Chris Minor has over 5 years experience in architectural design and commercial construction management.  Chris graduated with honors from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in architectural design and a subsequent Masters Degree in Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin.  Chris has worked as a designer in a wide range of projects including institution, commercial, and residential architecture.  Additionally, Chris has worked in the demanding world of semi-conductor fabrication as a construction project manager.

Chris’s strong attention to detail is due in no small part to his background in design.  He is currently a field project manager who will primarily focus on driving project quality, cost, and safety.

Robbie Marsh, Project Mgr.

Robbie Marsh has been in the residential construction industry since 2002 building homes from the ground up.  After graduating from Southwest Texas State University, Robbie began construction on his own personal home while working another full time professional job in the insurance industry.  Upon completion of that first house, he realized that a career path change was in order.  He has been through the building process from both the perspective of the client/owner and as the builder.  He enjoys every aspect from budgeting and estimating, lot acquisition, financing to construction and completion.  He places great emphasis on the client/builder relationship to ensure an enjoyable building process.

Robbie takes great satisfaction in being able to manage and coordinate the skills of the hundreds of people that will be responsible for the construction of the client’s dream home in a safe and efficient manner with an eye on quality and details.

Dave Gorum,  Remodels/Additions: Project Manager

Dave Gorum has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Dave started his own custom remodeling and addition business in 1998. As a business owner in this industry Dave has learned to handle all aspects of an addition/remodel project. Dave has also worked with Egger and Wilshire Custom Homes and many other builders in the Austin area since 1994.

After attending St. Edwards and Texas State University, Dave served in the military and is a veteran. Dave holds an ASC certification from the National Safety Council. With many years of hands on experience along with the customer relations, management and administrative skills that come from running your own business, Dave knows how to complete projects on time and in budget.
