We are available to consult with clients from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday, or after hours by client request. We are also available for weekend appointments.

HOW LONG DOES THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT TAKE?

Our Specialist adhere to a specific process that guarantees that our appointments do not exceed 1 hour.

WHO NEEDS TO BE PRESENT AT THE APPOINTMENT?

We perfer that both partners be in attendance at the initial meeting and the follow up appointment where we make a presentation of the investment range.

Foursquare Builders’s headquarters are in Austin, Texas.

ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
Currently, the State of Texas has shut down their Builder registration and licensing process. However, Foursquare Builders was recognized as 1 of only 50 Texas Star Builders, by the State of Texas during the most recent licensing program. Foursquare Builders is fully insured.

DO YOU PROVIDE A WARRANTY?
Foursquare Builders provides a comprehensive 10-Year structural warranty, 1-Year Warranty on all work performed by us, with limited warranty through year two. You will also receive various manufacturers’ warranties (which may or may not last longer) on the products used in your job. In addition, extended warranties are provided on structural improvements as required by State law.

DO YOU HANDLE INSURANCE WORK?

Foursquare Builders does not perform any type of insurance work..
